Asst. Prof. Dr. Farhana Salam is a highly qualified Breast, Colorectal, and Laparoscopic Surgeon in Dhaka. She holds MBBS, BCS (Health), FCPS (Surgery), and MS (Colorectal Surgery) degrees, reflecting advanced expertise in both general and specialized surgical care.

Dr. Farhana Salam currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery at Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College & Hospital, providing expert surgical treatment and contributing to academic training in colorectal and breast surgery.

She specializes in the diagnosis and management of breast tumors and breast cancer, as well as colorectal and anorectal conditions including piles (hemorrhoids), fistulas, fissures, colorectal cancer, rectal bleeding, anal pain, hernia, gallbladder diseases, and other complex abdominal surgical conditions.
