Prof. Dr. Ahamaduz Zaman is a highly experienced General, Laparoscopic, Colorectal & Laser Surgeon in Dhaka with over 40 years of surgical experience. He holds MBBS, MS (General Surgery), PhD (Medical Science), and FICS (USA), along with advanced training in laser and laparoscopic surgery.

Prof. Dr. Ahamaduz Zaman is recognized as the only PhD holder in colorectal surgery in Bangladesh, reflecting exceptional academic and clinical expertise in this field.

He previously served as the Head of the Department of Surgery at Shaheed Tajuddin Ahmad Medical College, Gazipur, and Shaheed Monsur Ali Medical College, Dhaka, contributing significantly to surgical education and patient care.

He specializes in the diagnosis and surgical management of a wide range of conditions, including piles (hemorrhoids), anal fissure, fistula, pilonidal sinus, colorectal cancer, anal polyps, hernia, gallstones, appendicitis, varicose veins, breast lumps, and various abdominal and anorectal disorders.
