Professor Dr. Mohammad Mahmuduzzaman is an eminent Gastroenterologist with over 30 years of extensive clinical experience. His prestigious academic and professional qualifications include MBBS (DU), MD in Gastroenterology, FACP (USA), FRCP (London), FRCP (Edinburgh), FRCP (Glasgow), FRCP(Ireland), FISG(India) . Currently, he holds the position of Professor and Head of the Medical Gastroenterology Department at the National Gastroliver Institute and Hospital, Mohakhali, Dhaka.

Beyond his academic and clinical responsibilities, he is actively involved with leading national and international medical associations and social networks. He is a Life Member of the Bangladesh Medical Association (BMA, Dhaka Branch), Indian Society of Gastroenterology (ISG), Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy of India (SGEI), Cadet College Club Limited (CCCL), Old Faujian Association (OFA), Notre Dame College Alumni Association (NDCAA), and Old Laboratorian Association (OLsA).
