Prof. Dr. Iffat Ara

Prof. Dr. Iffat Ara is a highly experienced Gynecology & Obstetrics Specialist in Dhaka. She completed her MBBS and FCPS qualifications and also received advanced medical training with M.M. Ed (UK). She is a former Professor of the Department of Gynecology & Obstetrics at Dhaka Medical College & Hospital and currently serves as a Professor of Gynecology & Obstetrics at Popular Medical College Hospital, Dhanmondi, Dhaka.

Prof. Dr. Iffat Ara is experienced in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of women’s health conditions including irregular menstruation, uterine diseases and tumors, breast problems, infertility, and reproductive health complications. She is also well known for providing comprehensive pregnancy care, delivery management, and gynecological surgical treatment. In addition, she manages various complex gynecological and obstetric conditions affecting women and adolescent girls.

She regularly provides consultation and treatment services to patients at Uttara Crescent Diagnostic & Consultation Centre, Uttara, Dhaka. Her chamber is located at House No. 16, Sector 7, Rabindra Swarani, Uttara, Dhaka-1230 (Unit-1) and House No. 40, Sector 7, Rabindra Swarani, Uttara, Dhaka-1230 (Unit-2).

Prof. Dr. Iffat Ara’s chamber schedule is from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM on Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Her chamber remains closed on Saturday, Monday, and Friday.
