Dr. Gazi Mizanur Rahman is a distinguished General, Laparoscopic, Laser Proctology Surgeon, and Endoscopist with over 38 years of extensive clinical experience. His qualifications include MD (USSR) and Clinical Ordinatura in General Surgery. Registered under BM&DC Reg. No. A16416, he serves as a Consultant in Surgery and is the Founder & Chairman of Gazi Medical College & Hospital, Khulna. He holds international memberships with the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ASGE) and the Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy of India (SGEI). Over his career, he has performed more than 50,000 surgical procedures, including over 5,000 laparoscopic surgeries since 2002, and pioneered diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy in 1988 as well as advanced laser proctology techniques since 2019.
