Asst. Prof. Dr. Bijoy Kumar Dutta is a Psychiatrist and Mental Health Specialist practicing in Chattogram, Noakhali, and Feni, Bangladesh. He holds the qualifications MBBS, BCS (Health), and MD (Psychiatry).
