He holds the qualifications MBBS, DMRT, along with international affiliations and training including TSF (Japan), ASCO (USA), ESMO (EU), and AROI (India), reflecting his global exposure in oncology.

He previously served as a Professor and Head of the Department of Radiotherapy at Sher-E-Bangla Medical College & Hospital, where he contributed significantly to cancer treatment and medical education.
