Prof. Dr. Mohammad Hossain is a highly experienced Neurosurgeon and Spinal Surgeon in Bangladesh, widely recognized for his expertise in advanced brain and spine surgery.

He serves as a Professor of Neurosurgery at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University Hospital (BSMMU) and has received advanced training in spine surgery from the USA as well as endoscopic spine surgery training from Switzerland. Prof. Dr. Hossain is notable for introducing endoscopic disc surgery in Bangladesh in 2006 and pioneering endoscopic pituitary surgery, marking significant advancements in minimally invasive neurosurgical techniques in the country.
