Clinical Skills & Experience:

1. 25 years of working experience in the field of thoracic surgery in two government hospitals (NIDCH & DMCH)

2. Founder of Thoracic Surgery Department in Dhaka Medical College & Hospital

3. Experience of thousands of major and minor thoracic surgical cases, innovation of surgical technique in context of the country.

4. Got experience of MTB (Multidisciplinary Tumor Board) with many senior esteemed oncologists of the country in both public and private sectors.

Academic & Administrative Skills & Experience

1. As a Principal of Dhaka Medical College involved in many administrative & academic activities & government policy formulation in the field of medical education & health service. Played crucial role for WFME accreditation visit in Dhaka Medical College.

2. Faculty and trainer of thoracic surgery of many post-graduate institutes of the country including BMU, NICVD, BIRDEM, National Heart foundation, Sir Solimullah Medical College, Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical College etc from 2014 to 2025.
