Prof. Dr. Md. Abul Kalam is a highly qualified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with extensive expertise in reconstructive, burn, and cosmetic surgery. He holds the qualifications MBBS (Dhaka), FCPS (Surgery), FRCS (Edinburgh), and FACS (USA).

He currently serves as a Professor of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at the Sheikh Hasina National Institute of Burn & Plastic Surgery, where he is actively involved in advanced surgical care, burn management, and medical education.

Prof. Dr. Abul Kalam specializes in plastic and reconstructive surgery, burn treatment, trauma reconstruction, cosmetic surgery, hand surgery, and the correction of congenital deformities, including cleft lip and palate.
