He currently serves as a Professor in the Department of Medicine at Dhaka Medical College & Hospital, where he is actively involved in patient care, medical education, and clinical research.
Prof. Dr. M. Rezaul Karim also provides consultations at Popular Diagnostic Center, Dhanmondi, where patients visit him for evaluation and treatment of various medical and rheumatological conditions.
