Lieutenant Colonel Dr. Md. Zamil Zaidur Rahim – Orthopedic, Arthroscopy & Joint Replacement Surgeon

Lieutenant Colonel Dr. Md. Zamil Zaidur Rahim is a highly experienced Orthopedic Surgeon with extensive expertise in arthroscopy, joint replacement, trauma surgery, and advanced orthopedic reconstruction. He completed his MBBS degree from Rajshahi Medical College in 1994, one of the leading medical institutions in Bangladesh.

He later joined the National Institute of Traumatology and Orthopaedic Rehabilitation (NITOR) in 2005 and earned his MS degree in Orthopedics in 2009, strengthening his specialization in orthopedic and trauma care.

To further advance his surgical skills, Dr. Rahim completed a Fellowship in Arthroscopy and Arthroplasty in 2013 at the renowned Apollo Hospital, Delhi, India. In 2019, he also received advanced training in Orthopedics and Ilizarov Surgery from the University of Health Sciences, Turkey, enhancing his expertise in complex limb reconstruction and deformity correction.

Before joining Evercare Hospital, Dhaka, he served in the Bangladesh Army for 27 years, where he gained extensive clinical and surgical experience. During his military medical career, he successfully performed more than 3,000 arthroscopic procedures, over 200 knee and hip joint replacement surgeries, along with numerous trauma, orthopedic, and Ilizarov operations.
