He completed his MBBS from Chittagong Medical College (CMC) and earned his MD in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU), one of the leading medical universities in Bangladesh.

Dr. Rakibul Islam has also received specialized training in Musculoskeletal (MSK) Ultrasound, enabling him to perform advanced diagnostic evaluations and ultrasound-guided therapeutic procedures for pain management and rehabilitation medicine.

Currently, he serves as a Consultant in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, providing modern, evidence-based, non-surgical treatment for pain, disability, and functional recovery.
