Dr. Mutasim Mehedi Masum is a qualified Anesthesiologist and Critical Care Specialist based in Rangpur, Bangladesh. He holds the credentials MBBS, FCPS, DA, FMD, BCS (Health), FIPM (India), and CPEM (UK), reflecting extensive training in anesthesia, pain management, and emergency care.
