Dr. Md. Zahirul Islam is an experienced Orthopedic Surgeon in Dhaka, specializing in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of bone, joint, and trauma-related musculoskeletal conditions. He holds the qualifications MBBS, MS (Orthopedics), D-Ortho (NITOR) and has completed AO Trauma (Basic) training. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS, USA) and Fellow of the International College of Surgeons (FICS, USA).
He serves as a Senior Consultant in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at the National Institute of Traumatology & Orthopedic Rehabilitation (NITOR), where he is actively involved in advanced orthopedic care and surgical management.
In addition to his institutional responsibilities, Dr. Md. Zahirul Islam regularly consults patients at Aurora Specialized Hospital, Dhaka.
