He completed his MBBS from Dhaka Medical College (DMC) and subsequently earned an M.Phil in Radiotherapy and FCPS (Radiotherapy), reflecting advanced professional training and expertise in cancer diagnosis and treatment.

Currently, he serves as Associate Professor, Department of Radiotherapy, Dhaka Medical College & Hospital, where he is involved in clinical oncology practice, cancer treatment planning, and medical education.
