Dr. M. A. Mamun – Spine, Arthroscopic, Trauma & Orthopedic Surgeon in Dhaka

Dr. M. A. Mamun is a highly qualified Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in spine surgery, arthroscopy, trauma care, and joint disorders. He has extensive experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of bone, joint, and spinal conditions.

He completed his MBBS and BCS (Health), followed by an MS in Orthopedics from the National Institute of Traumatology & Orthopedic Rehabilitation (NITOR). He also earned prestigious international fellowships including FACS (USA) and FICS (USA). To further strengthen his surgical expertise, he received specialized training in Arthroscopy and Arthroplasty (India & Nepal) as well as Pelvis and Acetabulum surgery (India), along with advanced training in AO Trauma and AO Spine.

Dr. Mamun is actively involved in international orthopedic communities and is a Life Member of the Asia Pacific Orthopaedic Association (APOA, Malaysia), a Member of AO Spine (Switzerland), and a Member of SICOT (Belgium).

He currently serves as an Assistant Professor at the National Institute of Traumatology & Orthopedic Rehabilitation (NITOR), where he provides specialized orthopedic and trauma care. His treatment areas include spinal disorders, arthritis, fractures, ligament injuries, joint pain, and trauma-related orthopedic conditions.
