Dr. Jannatul Ferdous Shumi

Dr. Jannatul Ferdous Shumi is a Neonatal, Adolescent & Child Diseases Specialist. She is a highly experienced Pediatrician with more than 15 years of clinical experience in newborn and child healthcare. She earned her MBBS from Chittagong Medical College (CMC) and holds FCPS (Pediatrics), DCH, MRCPCH (UK, London), and BCS (Health) qualifications. She currently serves as a Consultant in the Department of Pediatrics at Chattogram Medical College Hospital, providing specialized care for newborns, infants, children, and adolescents.

Her clinical expertise includes newborn intensive care (NICU), premature baby management, neonatal infections, jaundice, respiratory problems, childhood fever, asthma, allergies, infectious diseases, nutritional disorders, growth and developmental assessment, vaccination, and general pediatric care. She is dedicated to delivering evidence-based treatment with a compassionate, family-centered approach.
