Prof. Dr. Iffat Ara Shamsad is a Child Specialist (Pediatrician) in Dhaka. She holds MBBS and FCPS (Child) qualifications.

She currently serves as a Professor & Head of Pediatrics at Dhaka Medical College & Hospital, where she provides expert care for newborns, infants, and children.

Prof. Dr. Iffat Ara Shamsad specializes in diagnosing and treating a wide range of pediatric conditions, including childhood infections, fever, respiratory diseases, nutritional disorders, growth and developmental issues, and other child health-related problems.
